Some offices may have adjusted hours or services on the weekends of Saturday, December 20, 2014-Sunday, December 21, 2014 and Saturday, January 3, 2015-Sunday, January 4, 2015.

The Honorable James Moran, will receive an honorary doctor of humane letters and will also serve as speaker for the 10 a.m. bachelors degree ceremony.  The Honorable Frank Wolf will receive an honorary doctor of humane letters and will also serve as speaker for the 2 p.m. masters and doctoral degree ceremony. Parking and Traffic Update for December 18, 2014

Expect heavy traffic and construction approaching and leaving campus in all directions.

Free parking is available in all general lots for winter graduation

Attendants will be directing traffic to open and available parking. Since graduation is scheduled at the Patriot Center, parking on the southern end of campus, including lots A, C, J, K, L, and the Shenandoah Deck will be extremely busy. Expect traffic along Braddock Road to be extremely heavy. 511 Virginia, a toll-free phone service (owned by the Virginia Department of Transportation) can be called for real-time traffic conditions. Faculty/Staff parking advisory for December 18, 2014

It is strongly recommended to park on the north end of campus, including the Rappahannock River Parking Deck and access campus via University Dr to avoid graduation traffic.
