Earth Week Community Fair

The 5th Annual Green Living Expo is the place to be to learn practical ways to green your lifestyle, with a focus on: energy conservation, sustainable food, solid-waste reduction, eco-friendly transporation, green home remodeling and sustainable landscaping and health homes. Good green fun for the whole community.
Learn: You’ll find everything you need to green your home, lifestyle, condo and apartment. And you’ll have an opportunity to learn hands-on at our Do-It-Yourself area, featuring opportunities to practice energy conservation and rain barrel building techniques.
Shop: Purchase green products for your home, you garden, and yourself from our vendors and craftspeople, who offer practical solutions to energy conservation, sustainable food, solid waste reduction, eco-friendly transportation, green home remodeling, sustainable landscaping, and healthy homes.
Play: Take some time to have some fun in our family friendly Kid’s Activity Zone. From games to demonstrations, and hands-on activities, there will be engaging activities for kids of all ages.
Volunteer:It takes a small army to put on this event. Volunteers are welcome and needed. If you’d like to learn more about how you can participate as a volunteer, please let us know.
Other event components include seminars held in three breakout rooms throughout the day, sustainability talks, food sales, a raffle, kid's activity zone and more!. Parents are encouraged to bring their children so they can learn about the importance of environmental stewardship.
