Featured Event: ITU Spring Projects Briefing

  • April 11, 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

The Spring Information Technology Unit (ITU) Projects Briefing will be held Thursday, April 11, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Mason Hall, Edwin Meese Conference Room, on the Fairfax Campus, and videoconferenced to the Prince William Campus, Bull Run Hall, Room 254, and Arlington Campus, Founders Hall, Room 119B.

The event, open to the Mason community, provides an opportunity to learn about projects and activities happening across all areas of the ITU. Come take this opportunity to learn more about what’s happening in the ITU, and as always, feel free to bring your questions. Scheduled topics (subject to change) include:

    • Updates on: SCCM, Account Management Systems, Application Performance Monitoring, and Voicemail
    • Extended Overviews of: Office 365, Capital Projects, Classroom Upgrades, Blackboard SP 11, and BI Tool Implementation
    • Preview of: Student E-mail

In an effort to be ecologically sensitive, we will print only the table of contents and the pages of those projects actually being presented at the briefing. Full agenda and Briefing Book are available for download at

For more information on this or previous briefings, see the EPMO ITU Projects Briefing site or contact Robert Nakles,, or Sarah Morehouse,, of the ITU Project Management Office.
